(Comedy) We all know what happens to girls who go to the wrong side of the tracks. But some seem all to anxious to get there.

How good is good, and how bad is bad? In this lighthearted look at the age old conflict between good and evil, 16-year-old Lilly has come all the way from Boston to Colorado -okay, she was dragged by her mother - to start a new life out west. Now her journey demands just one more crossing… over to the Wrong Side Of The Tracks. "Only bad girls go to that side of the tracks," warns the sheriff. "You come home right this minute!" her mother demands. Funny thing is, in this town, something bizarre and magical happens when people cross the tracks. They just… feel… different!

Crusty old Miss Pixie and her dance hall girls Daisy, Dorothy, and a very uncoordinated Winnie are trying to lure Lilly into doing the rumba her place of ill repute, while the new preacher in town is trying to show people the path of good - even if he has to cross the tracks to do it. Lilly finds herself having to choose between the good Cowboy Ricky and the bad Cowboy Jeb. Jeb's awfully whiny for being such a bad guy. Ricky might be nice, rich, and handsome, but he sure talks about it an awful lot. Do these people just have "one track" minds?

Lilly sneaks away to find a good time with a bad cowboy, and things get loud in this quiet western town where nobody is what they seem to be and where the good and the bad coexists right across the railroad ties. Finally, the sheriff is forced to take drastic action to restore order. But what's so WRONG with the wrong side of the tracks!
