Andy Milligan is from Los Angeles, California, where he began his acting career in high school. After a few lead roles he attended Antelope Valley Community College, where he continued to act and began dancing as well. Between roles in the Manhattan Theater Project's Alice In Wonderland, Titus Andronicus and other shows, he found time to dabble in film and TV acting, playing in such shows as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed and the movie What Women Want. He left Los Angeles for Georgetown, Texas, where he graduated from Southwestern University with a degree in theater and dance. After taking some time off from school to travel to New Zealand, he moved to St. Louis to begin a professional career
