TJ has a Music Theater major from Oklahoma City University. Before returning to his native Tulsa, TJ performed with Generic Theater in Norfolk, VA, where he won the regional award for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance as the Baker in Into The Woods. He also performed there in I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, and performed solo in The Santaland Diaries. In Tulsa he's been seen in The Compleat Wks of Willm Shkspre (Abridged) with Theater Tulsa (where he is a board member), and Coyote on a Fence with Heller Theater. He often works as assistant director in the Bixby High School Drama Department.
