Lamar Winston, a St. Louis native, began college as a vocal music major but eventually changed to English. He has worked as a local writer and editor. He also serves as Minister of Music for a local congregation. Lamar has appeared in productions of Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, Godspell and Grease.
