
Stephen J Heffernan began acting in Oak Forest, Illinois in the spring of 1999 with The Gaelic Park Players. He relocated to St. Louis, Missouri to work on his first feature length film, Cannibal in 2000, which was produced by Left South Pictures, which Heffernan co-owns. He then took the part of Ray Prince in the motion picture Amphetamine, which was the closing event of the 2003 St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase. It was also featured in The St. Louis International Film Festival, screening at The Tivoli in U-City in November of 2003. Heffernan is currently enrolled in Lindenwood University as a theatre major with an emphasis in acting, also an English minor with an emphasis in creative writing.
