Jeni was involved in theater all throughout high school. Her first production with Ragged Blade was Ship in a Bottle, for which she provided guitar accompaniment. Jeni worked in some way, shape, or form on several other Ragged Blade productions including the shows listed below. She toured the Balkans for the Department of Defense in 1996 as a singer/dancer in the vaudeville-style Red Hot and Blue variety show. Then she toured the Middle East in 1999 with her band, The Pixie Stix.

The following year, she toured Greenland and the Middle East with her cover band, Radiogram. In 2004, Jeni obtained an alter-ego named “Valerie Girl” with her latest band, That 80s Band www.that80sbandstl.com. She says, “Valerie is one-third Joan Jett, one-third Frank-N-Furter, and one-third Freddie Mercury.”

Jeni’s voice is also heard in local ads. Jeni is a Communications major, with an emphasis in film production, at Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri. Jeni hopes to work on many more Ragged Blade shows in the future.
